Future Trend Forecast for 2027 A cultural trend report looking ahead to 2027, drawing on extensive research into current behavioural shifts that signal a move towards art-led experiences.

Informed by a broad set of primary interviews conducted in and around London and Nottingham, alongside insights from in-house and resident Michelin-level hospitality professionals, this report explores the future of the food and drink sector and recontextualises research for Raymonds’ independent restaurant.
